岗位职责

• 负责公司产品研发的项目管理、组织会议、文档撰写汇报与沟通协调工作；

• 负责贯彻、监督公司 OKR 执行情况，并组织进行调整和 review，把握 OKR 完成进度；

• 定期向公司 CEO 汇报项目进展及 OKR 实施情况；

• 总结并“沉淀”组织过程资产，作为团队间的粘合剂，提升各团队工作效率。

岗位要求

• 全日制 211 本科及以上学历以及同等水平以上的国外院校，具备 PMP 资质者优先；

• 英文 6 级以上，有留学经历优先，口语好优先；

• 2 年及以上项目实施及管理经验，具备数据类项目经验的候选人优先；

• 熟悉互联网行业产品研发流程，有敏捷开发背景及经验者优先；

• 有较强的抗压能力和沟通能力，有积极沟通的精神；

• 积极、热情开朗，能与团队成员打成一片。
