岗位职责

• 负责公司核心品牌下的 C 端和 B 端产品规划、需求分析、竞品调研、产品设计、撰写文档等工作；

• 负责组建和领导产品团队，制定长期人员成长计划，合理优化人员配置；

• 协同设计、研发、测试推进产品上线落地，并推动持续优化迭代；

• 4. 配合运营和商务进行市场推广并分析用户行为及需求。

岗位要求

• 985/211 高校或国外同等水平以上高校毕业，全日制本科及以上学历；

• 6 年以上产品经理经验，2 年以上团队管理经验，计算机或统计学相关专业优先；

• 了解 Ethereum、Defi、NFT 等概念者优先，有购买过 NFT 经验优先；

• 有参与过企业级解决方案、区块链产品设计或其他区块链相关工作经验优先；

• 具有抗压能力，责任心强，乐观主义、长期主义者优先；

• 英文水平至少 CET6，口语流利者优先。
