Job Duties:
- Research on some of the critical issues in building high performance blockchain platforms
- Research on Sharding, Rollup design, Consensus protocol, MEV, tokenomics, and governance
- Create design docs to help design and improve our core protocol architecture
- Lead an engineering team to get new blockchain projects built
- Actively write and review code for our core protocol stack
Requirements:
- Experience building previous blockchain infrastructure project (layer 1, layer 2, etc.)
- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest/experience in building or researching scalable infrastructure or distributed systems.
- Passionate about decentralized ledger technologies.
