Responsibilities

Our Product Designer has a clear understanding of what we are building and how it ties to our vision. Each product is a block of a bigger picture and you need to be able to prioritize your focus. We’re operating at the forefront of technology advancements and as such, you will also need to keep up with the latest trend in blockchain product design as well as go extra miles to design something that the world has never seen before.

• Write down product requirements.
• Create and maintain a design system that works across multiple products.
• Design, iterate, and validate product ideas quickly.
• Communicate product requirements and user flows to engineers.
• Get feedback from team members and organize pre-release testing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in product design with a proven record of being an owner or lead designer of a live product.
• Proficiency in Sketch/Figma.
• Experience with all phases of product development from ideation, and wireframing, to final output.
• Good visual design skills—attention to detail in typography, spacing, and craftsmanship.
• Understanding that simplest solutions often work best, especially when each minute of engineering time is precious.
• Must have a portfolio that reflects a similar level of qualification.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
