Position: Secondary Market Fund Manager
职责 Responsibilities
监控分析国际宏观政策与经济数据的变动，并研判对市场的影响 ，提供时效性强的策略报告。
Monitor and analyze changes in international macroeconomic policies and economic data, assess their impact on the market, and provide timely strategic reports.
全面负责基金产品的投资管理工作，编制投资计划（包含资产配置、投资组合与实施方案）与总结。
Take full responsibility for the investment management of fund products, including preparing investment plans (covering asset allocation, investment portfolios, and implementation strategies) and providing summaries.
负责在投资过程中严格执行公司内控指引，控制投资风险。
Ensure strict adherence to the company's internal control guidelines during the investment process and manage investment risks.
资历 Qualifications
1. 全日制本科及以上学历。
Full-time bachelor's degree or higher.
2. 三年以上金融行业经历；千万级资金实盘独立操盘经验。
Over three years of experience in the financial industry; experience in inde pendently managing multimillion-level funds.
3. 熟悉宏观，策勒研究，具备撰写分析研究报告的能力。
Familiar with macroeconomic and strategy research, with the ability to write analytical reports.
4. 具备良好的英文读写能力。
Proficient in reading and writing in English.
5. 具备交易员经历，具备完整的交易系统的优先考虑。
Experience as a trader and having a complete trading system will be preferred.
6. 具备港股 / 美股经验的优先考虑。
Experience in Hong Kong or U.S. stock markets will be preferred.
7. 具备 Crypto 经验的优先考虑。
Experience in Crypto will be preferred.
